We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or business practices. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

All orders are subject to acceptance Pricing, specifications, and availability may change without notice We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if errors are identified

Payment terms are established at the time of purchase. Late or incomplete payment may result in delays, cancellations, or additional charges where applicable.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance unless otherwise stated Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product leaves our facility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control.

Returns require prior authorization. Equipment must be properly packaged to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility. Return shipping from Geo Knight & Co is covered under warranty (see below) - Returned equipment will be inspected to determine eligibility for repair or service.

Please note: Technical support is advisory in nature. Replacement parts, repairs, and on-site service may incur charges as outlined below.

Geo Knight & Co equipment is built for long-term durability and is backed by the following warranty on all standard models:
Heating Element: Lifetime
Major Components: 5 Years
Controller: 3 Years
All Other Components: 1 Year
(Note: MaxiPress & Triton Presses are 1 year only on all items)
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

The Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, neglect, or improper operation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Failure to follow operating instructions

We are committed to supporting the long life of our machines with Lifetime free phone and email technical support (same as new equipment). No warranty is provided on used or second-hand equipment. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. All parts and repairs are chargeable. Factory service is available at standard rates.

Our equipment is designed for professional use and must be operated safely. Customers are responsible for using equipment in accordance with all operating instructions and safety guidelines. Proper training and supervision are required. Geo Knight & Co is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow safety procedures. Customer assumes all risk associated with operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geo Knight & Co is not liable for:
Loss of use of equipment
Lost profits or business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, all products are provided “as is”. We disclaim any implied warranties, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements in their location. Customer assumes all risk associated with operation.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between the customer and Geo Knight & Co, and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
